POP3 Mail Configuration

 
Adding Email account to Outlook Express.

Start Outlook Express.
If you are starting it first time, a popup window similar to below picture is displayed on the screen.
Or go to Tools => Accounts =>Mail =>Add you are displayed with same window shown here.

Add the name to be displayed "From" address.

Enter email address email@yourdomain.com
Click on next.

The incoming (POP3) and Outgoing (SMTP) are same as your domain name.
Click on next.

Enter you full email ID as Account Name. Enter Password.
Click on next.

Confirmation that you have finished successfully.

 

Now go to Tools =>Accounts in Outlook Express. See the picture below,

On clicking on Accounts you get a popup window.

Select Mail tab and select your domain or email account.
Click on Properties.

Click on Server tab and check My Server requires authentication.
Click OK, if you have already connected to internet, click on Send Receive button to send and receive your mails.
